Annual HOA Meeting
The annual Arbor Creek Phase IV HOA meeting is typically scheduled in the summer. If you are a member of the HOA, you will receive a mailed letter of notice to attend the meeting. The annual meeting is the best time to learn about what our HOA is all about, where we utilize our funds, and offer your feedback and support of the neighborhood.
This year’s meeting is scheduled for September 9th at 7PM at the Carrollton Public Library on Hebron and Josey.
Annual Neighborhood Picnic
The HOA uses a portion of resident dues to host a neighborhood party in late summer or early fall. The picnic is a fun, family-friendly opportunity to get to know your neighbors!
